    FANS FOR GENERAL INDUSTRIAL

Industrial fans are devices that are characterized by appropriate technical parameters. Their functionality has already been appreciated by many entrepreneurs who have asked us for help. The modules are installed in workshops, production facilities and wherever it is necessary to constantly remove pollution from the air and reduce its temperature.
We sell models that differ in a variety of design, purpose and assembly. Our product range includes industrial duct fans, wall and roof installations. You can choose additional equipment: air filters, gearboxes for radial models, overload valves, grilles and blinds. For more information, please call our specialists. They will be happy to help you solve your problem related to the arrangement of the air conditioning system.

      CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING

The biggest advantage of using a central climate module is that it is able to provide a comfortable microclimate throughout the building with many separate rooms of different sizes. Such a design for ventilation is considered one of the most effective. Thanks to the correct layout, the air is treated with the specified parameters: heating or cooling, humidification, drying and effective cleaning. In combination with a heat exchanger, such a climate complex is quite economical.

A well-designed system consists of many modules, each of which performs its own function. To understand the specifics of connection and operation, our masters will help you.

        FIRE VALVES AND SMOKE VALVES

Smoke hatches are devices that are used in industrial ventilation buildings for the transit removed from the premises of the heated products of combustion, smoke and gases in case of fire. They are most often used in natural exhaust smoke ventilation systems. They can perform additional options such as lighting and ventilation.

Thanks to smoke-free ventilation and smoke hatches, openings in the external enclosing structures of buildings and in smoke-filled rooms are closed, and a "smoke-free" zone is formed in the lower part. This is necessary in order to make possible evacuation measures and the work of the fire services.

          DUCT FANS

Ducted ventilation system is one of the most effective methods for organizing timely and high-quality air exchange in a separate room, a whole building or structure. One of the most popular units of ventilation equipment used for the installation of ventilation systems is duct fans for air ducts. Fans are used to form and move air flows at the required speed and with a given direction of transportation.
The main purpose of duct fans is to pump the pressure level that is necessary for uniform and stable air exchange within the serviced room or building. Depending on the needs of the service object, duct type fans can be used for the organization of supply ventilation, which is responsible for the supply of fresh air from the street, or exhaust ventilation, which ensures the removal of exhaust air and harmful impurities contained in it outside the serviced area.
In addition, the universal principle of the design of the equipment of this category allows you to use its models as a supply or exhaust duct fan for the organization of a general exchange ventilation system. At the same time, service facilities that use ducted fans as part of their ventilation systems may belong to industrial enterprises, buildings and structures of a commercial, administrative or public nature.

            AIR DUCTS AND SHAPED

Air ducts, the network of which allows you to distribute air in air conditioning and (or) ventilation systems, are divided into 2 types – round and rectangular cross-section.
Round air ducts with minimal aerodynamic drag are economically feasible. The connection method is flanged, nipple – free.
Rectangular air ducts made of galvanized steel are often used in rooms with a small ceiling height. The pipes that are flanged together on the tires with gaskets that provide sealing meet modern design requirements.

              REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT-AUTOMATIC

Industrial air conditioning systems include systems with a capacity of more than 20-25 kW, or systems of lower power, but traditionally used for specific purposes.
This class of equipment includes multi-zone systems (VRF), central air conditioning systems, chiller-fan coil systems, precision, cabinet and other types of air conditioners. They are used for servicing residential and administrative buildings, shopping halls and sports complexes, industrial and specialized premises with an area of more than 300 square meters.

                HEAT EXCHANGE EQUIPMENT

The heat exchanger is a safe, productive and reliable installation, which is characterized by durability and safety. As for plate heat exchangers of domestic production, they are not inferior in quality to their foreign counterparts, but at the same time have a more affordable price.
Our company sells heat exchange units of different types and from different manufacturers. The equipment is delivered to all regions of Russia. All products are provided with a quality certificate that meets the technical standards of the Russian Federation and the warranty period. Our specialists will select the model of the unit taking into account engineering calculations and operating conditions.

                  NETWORK HARDWARE

Air distributors (or diffusers) are distribution equipment whose task is to evenly and efficiently supply clean air to a room or its intake and discharge from the room.
In addition, air distributors have an aesthetic function — they can not only perform their functions in the ventilation system, but also become a design element, while closing the air ducts.
